We needed to be playing in every environment, with an offering that was specific to each. For this reason, we decided on the use of adaptive user interface design, where we put the content first and adapted the information for every device.
Understanding how the user interacted with the Col’Cacchio website and the hierachy of importance in content was crucial. For mobile, the Rewards Program, Store Locator, and an easy navigational menu, were the main points of call. For tablet and desktop, we had richer and more interactive content.
